Tessa leads our in-house claims management team, developing them and ensuring that the claims process is as seamless and efficient as possible. Her key priority is to ensure that we are advocating relentlessly for our clients to achieve optimal outcomes. 

Something we’ve learnt about Tessa:
She is all about her adorable fur babies, Bonnie & Aisla, who have her wrapped around their little paws, and she certainly knows it.
