James began his career with a specialist transport insurer before bringing that expertise to PNO in 2018, where he started his broking journey. Since then, he has continued to deepen his specialist capabilities across the transport, logistics, and civil sectors. His strong industry knowledge and client‑first approach have played a key role in the ongoing growth and strength of PNO’s transport team.

Something we’ve learnt about James:

His phone calls are rarely stationary. If you ring him, he’s probably pacing the office chasing steps – it’s become something of an internal sport. When he’s not aiming for 10,000 steps, he’s with his young family or backing the Essendon Bombers, no matter where they sit on the ladder.
