Dean commenced his insurance career following completion of his university studies via a graduate program with QBE Insurance. He then progressed to a state manager position with the largest mobile plant insurer in Australia. Dean joined PNO at the beginning of 2017 with the transition into partner following in 2018. He brings to PNO significant expertise in the civil, crane and transport industries while looking after a number of key clients in this space.
